Lifetime Guarantee

All Hills Wardrobes carry a Lifetime Guarantee. That’s right – LIFETIME.

This Guarantee covers all parts, workmanship and labour, but excludes wear & tear. The Lifetime guarantee is available to the original purchaser and is voided where the property changes hands.

The doors, wheels, frame, interior, everything! And it’s not covered by the supplier, it’s covered by Hills Robes & Screens regardless of whether or not the supplier offers a lesser guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply if a claim is made as a result of:

• The wardrobe being used for a purpose other than for which it was intended
• Accidental damage, negligence or misuse
• Scratches, dents, blemishes following delivery and installation
• Glass breakage

Five (5) Year Guarantee

• All pivot doors and ‘Ultraglide’ Shower Screens.

This Guarantee covers parts, workmanship and labour, but excludes wear & tear. The Lifetime guarantee is available to the original purchaser and is voided where the property changes hands.

The guarantee does not apply if a defect occurs as a result of:

• The shower being used for a purpose other than for which it was intended
• Accidental damage, negligence or misuse
• Scratches, dents, blemishes following delivery and installation
• Glass breakage

12 Month Guarantee

• Framed Sliding Shower Screens
• Security Doors.

The guarantee does not apply if a defect occurs as a result of:

• The shower or security door being used for a purpose other than for which it was intended
• Accidental damage, negligence or misuse
• Scratches, dents, blemishes following delivery and installation
• Glass Breakage in respect of the shower screen

Service Reports / Call Outs

Service Reports incur a $50 call out fee plus parts & labour where not covered by guarantee.
